If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, via whatsapp on 9990979290 or email at info@ninedesignsshop.in within 2 days of delivery, and we will initiate the return process after quality check.
Breaking it down – the return process:
1. For returning any items with manufacturing defects, please email us at info@ninedesignsshop.in or whatsapp us on +91 9990979290 with photographs of the damaged piece to schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
2. Once your return request is received, await approval from our team for a return pick-up. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 2 days.
3. After approval confirmation, please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
